Débora, I'm less familiar with mitral gradients but it seems to me that your gradient is nice and low, especially since over 10 years ago.

There's no regurgitation or PH at all either.

Burair just placed some articles on valve effective orifice area EOA in the reference section under ON-X and others. I didn't see any info on size 29 for the bovine valve just up to size 25.deboraginastewart said:What's the normal opening for this valve?
