Well in sunny:confused: S. California, I haven't seen the sun in about 2 weeks. I'm going crazy!. Everyday it is cloudy in the morning, then around noon it seems like the sun wants to come through the clouds, but NO:rolleyes: back to cloudy it goes. I have a vacation planned for Aug. when it is very hot, but at this rate, I'm thinking I will be packing warm clothes. RATS!!!

Nancy, you said your roof is ok. when I was in Atlanta early March, there was a huge hail storm. Lots of folks got roof damage and needed roof repair/replacement. Son-in-law finally decided he needed his roof looked at because close neighbors had damage and the insurance guy came out to give his roof a look. Maybe you might want to have the company at least check it out? shouldn't cost you anything.

The hail was only about a half inch in diameter. The roofs here are pretty sturdy because they have to support quite a snow load during the winter, and about 25% of my roof has metal snow slides anyway, so the hail just sheeted off. None of the neighbors have any roof damage that I know of.

But had it been much larger hail, I can see that it would have caused roof damage. It came down in a very forceful way.

I will keep an eye out for leaks, however, when we get more rain at the end of the week, just to be on the safe side.

I can tell you that my grill cover and fire pit covers got ripped up some.
