Terrible burn from oxygen

For those on oxygen, here is a link to the PHA website, where Trish there burned her face and nose with an oxygen fire. She was a very lucky gal, apparently she'll not have any lasting damage.

Sounds like liquid oxygen. I've got compressed gas and wondering. Being she said "Large Cylinder" I have to think it's liquid.
