Was wondering if anyone is taking any supplements and or vitamin packs? Prior to the big event I was taking GNC extreme athlete vitamen pack with an extra creatine. I felt like it made a big difference in my workouts and long runs. Seemed to help with energy and didn't seem to get as tired during the day. Would like to start back on some kind of regiment but unsure of what to try. Protien shakes is all I do now.
