It's good to know that the Sunday night chat is becoming more popular . Unfortunately, it hits at 4pm Central, when I'm busy doing other things....
So, just wondering...does anyone check out the chat room during any of the other days of the week? If so...when? Maybe we could get some alternative times going...or have it be a "standing" possibility to chat...in that people check out the chatroom whenever they are online...?
Just some thoughts....

Yes indeed spring has sprung. Been a very busy one too. Now that the weather is nice......we are enjoying outside activities. Hopefully when things slow down in a few months..... I will be back in the old 'chat saddle' myself

We've had so much rain in the midwest that it would have been impossible to do yard work last night instead of chat. We have standing water everywhere. The storm that came through here was disappointing like all the previous ones: lots of heavy rain, delaying outside work a few more days...
There has been talk of another chat session, but the scheduling has never worked for enough people.. Yahoo chat is always available.

Last evening on 'Chat' there was a person who entered very, very briefly and didn't join in. Then they disappeared. Well, nosey Janie remembered their ISP and it was actually a web address...http://www.enjoythebluesky.org/
Now, if you take a look at that web address, it's actually a site for people with eye 'floaters' and isn't this interesting. It's a 'private' site (whatever that means, so, all you floater buddies, take a looksie!
Update: I just took a look and the site is not very extensive and I edited my post to take out the part about the forum as I couldn't get it to load..

Hello everybody, since I'm a housewife, although I have plenty to do , I can afford to spend some time chatting and I'd love to have someone to talk to during the week and even on Saturdays. I guess it's just a matter of arranging. Evenings would be great too just in case. There's one thing though that I think most of you already know: since I'm Brazilian and English isn't my native tonge, I sometimes find it pretty hard to join in some of the conversations and as well as that, I can't type fast because of my poor eyesight. Apart from that, if you're patient enough, we can try and see how it goes. By the way, we're one hour ahead here, i think so, 5pm your time should be 6pm here. Bye!

Let's not actually SCHEDULE another time.... Simply, if you are online...and have time to chat...hop in the chatroom. We do it that way with another group I am on...and sometimes the "unscheduled" chats end up with more people than the "scheduled" one. Just a thought.......

Sorry to have missed this Sunday, made it last Sunday and it was FUN! Laughing and having a good time. Will write it on my calendar for next week! Thanks Granbonny for encouraging all to attend!
