Maybe you dedicated athletes already know all this stuff, but I bought this DVD on sale at Collagevideo.com some time ago. It does help if you use it regularly. My husband was having knee problems and in desperation followed my advice:rolleyes: and it helped him too--he always uses the 7-minute version. You can preview it and read user reviews at collage, or at http://www.bodyinsight101.com/. The collage site has more excerpts from the actual exercises.

(My disclaimer: I have no financial or other involvement with either site.)

Great to hear this has helped you two. Thanks for the info. These maintenance-type exercises only get more important as we go along (read: get older).
But it's so true. Since my back surgery a year ago, I have been regularly doing a variety of core and leg strengthening and stretching as opposed to just riding. And while I have plenty of orthopedic problems from years of athletics and "going along", the extra work I've been doing has helped me (fingers crossed) avoid additional injuries that keep me off the bike. Thanks DebbyA.

Great, thanks! One of the things I love about this forum, and the people in/on it, is how we share useful stuff! :)
