Al,
Getting the needle stuck in your toe is the worst part of the whole procedure.
The rest is easy.
This podiatrist should have a laser to cauterize the incisions.
That's what he did to mine and although there was very minor bleeding for a few days it was no problem.
Too many of these guys just don't understand anti-coagulants,I think they are just covering their own behinds and aren't that worried about you.
