All right, already. So drawing on his superpowers, Superbob has made Tuesday the new Monday. Amazing feat, huh? Mondays are just so action-packed evidently, I forget about posting a STC starter. Either that, or I am just getting old.
Okay so a lot did go on yesterday. First I took a core fitness class at my teacher's fitness club 'cause I knew I would miss today's at the rec center because I am taking my wife to an outing at a farm the county museum runs demonstrating farming from 100 years ago. Got all that? Anyway I will get a lot of exercise cause I will need to either push her in wheelchair (if that's possible on the terrain) or help her with her walker or both of us just get around the farm best we can with canes or walking sticks. (Don't suppose they will let us ride horses.) Should be fun though.
I went ahead and joined the core fitness club also -- bargain rate of $29 a month for oldsters, Means I should never have to settle for only one core-fit class a week. Can be assured of at least two and could take it 3 or 4 times. Plus my teacher has volunteered to give me lessons on how to use the exercise equipment appropriate for my ancient body. Will get that instruction this Friday. So a busy week.
Oh yes and my 4-year-old grandson played his first baseball game yesterday (teeball). He hit the ball solidly and ran the bases with joy. Teeball is a hoot and it was a fun occasion for all. My son coaches the team. He has a business meeting this morning in Maryland, but he so didn't want to muss his son's first game that he cancelled his flight and made the 8 1/2 hour drive up there overnight. I was not thrilled with that, but thank God he has reported in that he made it. He will fly back after the meeting.
Well, that is it for starters on this Monday, er Tuesday, er new Monday According to Superbob morning. Cheers to all, and hope to hear how your courses are going.
Cheers,
Superbob
