From your posts, we know that you're in good physical health, and you have a positive outlook regarding your replacement; therefore you meet the criteria for a successful surgery and an uncomplicated recovery!
Please post, or ask someone to post for you, when you get an opportunity. We worry until we get an update!

Good luck Soilman. By next weekend you'll be back at your place going stir crazy. I'm an ex geologist myself. I think all those years wandering the desert aimlessly really built up a strong heart. I'm now 10 days post op, walking 3-4 miles per day and getting restless.

Update on Soilman's Big Day

Hi All,
Bob somebody here, who also made it to the other side back in March.
I spoke with Mrs. Soilman today following surgery, and I am happy to report his surgery went well, with no surprises. He now is the proud owner of an on-X valve. All done but the healing!! I will keep you posted until he is home and ready to take over.
