Hey ..finally played a round of golf with the mrs. today. After the surgery last year and the ever so slow recovery ( golf wise ) I was really anxious.... BUT no sweat!!!.

Played 9 holes ..no holding back after a winter of working out and preparing and voila!!...a cute 42 ( 2 three putt greens but who cares!!)

Important point..no aches and pains..no reminders of surgeries past..Hallaluia!!

We have a tee time tomorrow and I am so grateful to be looking forward to a marvellous summer with wife and friends.... thanks to all for the encouragement . For those of you still to climb the mountain ..have faith.

hey Well done on the golf !!!...living with a golf nut I know how important golf can be ..We live on the 12 th tee of our local golf course which is a Links golf course in the Highlands of Scotland.
Today the sun shone here ...which is a fairly rare event and our course was looking wonderful ...enjoy the new lease of life you have been given ...good luck with your real handicap (the golf LOL)
