Sister is better, computer got sick, Solomon

has pancreaitis,thats been my week or so...
I thought my puter crashed ..lol..it needed a new video card,but it sure did look bad for a few.
My sisiter is back at nursing home,doing much better,thankyou for your prayers.
Solomon flat stopped eating, nothing would encourage him.Took him to dr,a 80 lb dog who loves to eat suddenly stops???He had an inflamed pancreais,was running a high fever. I nearly lost my child....
He is better ,on a special diet and meds,soooo tails wag once again.
I hope and pray everyone is ok, I havent been able to read everything...love the pup

I'm happy to hear that your sister is out of the hospital and off the vent, and I sure hope Solomon continues to improve.
We've been battling similar symptoms with our red-earred slider turtle. He quit eating and stopped pooping. He apparently ate another rock and got plugged up. I started feeding him a cherry tomato each morning, and I guess he's passed the rock, because he has resumed eating and everything looks like it's coming out ok. I have considered how crazy it is that I spend time watching a turtle to see if it's having a morning constitutional, but there it is!

I know how poor Solomon feels..I have had a bout with Pancreatitis in the past, and it's no fun....Please give Solomon a huge hug and a pet for me...This is great news that your sister is doing better, and I pray that she gets better and better every day....Now the question is....How are you and your hubby doing / feeling? Yaps, it's good news that your sister is better. Sisters are so important.

Our dogs are, too. It's hard when one of the four legged children gets sick.

I am happy to hear that your sister is doing better.
I am also happy to hear that Solomon is eating again. We do care about our pets don't we? I have 2 dogs, a French Bulldog and an English Springer Spaniel ( my wild child). Since my husband died last March, I am very glad to have their company.

Holy cow I know that feeling. The computer I had before this one had the video card go bad. I was devastated, thinking I'd lost the entire computer. At first, the screen just went all "weird" ... colors mixed up ... couldn't see/read anything ... then POOF ... all gone. Couldn't get it to boot up, etc. Then, a friend of mine asked me to describe what happened on the screen right before it went "bye bye" ... and he immediately said, "video card". A new one ... and I was good to go again .
