I just received copies of my records from my cardio and was glancing through for anything I have not seen. I found a report of a CAT scan I had done to check out a mass on my adrenal gland. Fortunately, there has been no change in the last four years so eveyone thinkgs all is well. However, there was a statement " There is moderate atheromatous plaque formation and calcification in the abdominal aorta" My cardio did not mention this to me when we discussed this test. Is this a significant thing? Is there reason for concern? It sounds kind of yucky to me.

Thanks,
Carla
