Kendall, I am so sorry. I am not on here as much these days so I did nor know Maia personally or through VR. But her poem is so beautiful and telling as to what kind of person she was.

I just discovered your post and I can only say that I am very, very sad about this devastating news. I had written to Maia several times and have been wondering about how she was doing after her surgery. Kendall, my deepest condolences from my family to yours.

I am shocked to hear that! I was just wondering how Maia was doing because she had her surgery 4 days before mine so we talked a couple of times.My deepest condolences to you and your family.
