Thanks to all of you for your prayers and kind thoughts. My sister is doing great - sometimes I think she is doing better than I am.
She took a couple weeks off work and is now back. Things are still a bit of a roller coaster as we go through memories but that will always be there. It just seems out of order that my little sister lost her husband and, of course, it brings home just how fragile our lives can be.
Live each day as if it were your last - great words of wisdom.

I'm sorry I also missed this thread until tonight. You have my sincerest condolences for the loss of your brother-in-law, and for the grief your sister is undoubtedly still going through (even if she's back to work, etc.). You both have already been in my prayers.
