Ross Procedure on 27th Jan

Hi guys

I haven't posted for a while but just to let you all know I'm being 'rossed' on the 27th at the Royal Brompton in London. I'm apprehensive but really looking forward to being on the other side of the moutain. I look forward to sharing with you all on the post surgery site soon. Thanks again to those of you who gave invaluable advice and support when I first found this site last summer. You have made the last few months a hell of a lot more manageable.

Wow. Mozart's birthday. That must be a good sign. Unfortunately I had the dreaded call today to tell me the surgery has been cancelled. No alternative date as yet. Very frustrating. I will keep you all updated and thanks again for the invaluable support.

First I want to say I'm glad to see you back. Sorry the surgery was postponed I know how frustrating that is, for some reason Justin tends to get bumped 1-3 times every time he has a planned heart surgery, but he has also been the one bumoing someone else because HE needs emergency surgery, so I try to be understanding but its tough when you made all kinds of arrangements and are just ready to get it over with and everything changes.
. At least you had a little notice and didn't find out the day before, (if that is any consolation) IF it helps at all I really believe you will have surgery when you are "supposed" to, at least that is what I try to tell myself when Justin's surgeries were postponed.
Hopefully you won't have to wait long to get a new date.
