Hey everyone, I know this isn't ground breaking news but just wanted to let you all know I got on my bike again for the 1st time since surgery. YEA :D:D
I'm almost 16 weeks now and they said don't ride till atleast 12 weeks, so I thought I'd wait another month. It felt GREAT to ride my bike again, I went about 3 miles. Boy, that 3 miles sure goes faster on a bike instead of walking!!
Have a great day Debbie :)

Thanks everyone, Tom, my goal is to be in a Sprint Tri. with my daughter this Dec. I think I've mentioned that on other posts but now I'm just one more step closer to that goal with getting on the bike again! I can't wait! Debbie :)

Debbi, you will be back in no time! They let me get on the bike at 8 weeks. At 6 months, I did a 65 mile ride. In a couple of weeks, less than a year after OHS, I'm riding across Georgia in an organized ride known as BRAG.

Ride, log, repeat!

John
