Okay, so I'm heading to Rochester, MN on Sunday for my trip to the Mayo. Anyone know of any good restaurants within walking distance of the Mayo/Day's Inn (where we'll be staying)? How about any fun afternoon/evening activities? Or should we pretty much expect to eat at the Mayo Cafeteria and sit in our hotel room all day?
I am SO not looking forward to this... Mostly because I have NO idea what to expect. The tests aren't what scare me. It's what the doc will say once she looks at the results... I FEEL like I'm doing pretty well right now, but my test results in August took us by surprise, so who knows what these results will be. Also, I'm HOPING she'll go ahead and decide to put in the biventricular pacer, so I can get the surgery over with. But at this point I have no idea if that will happen or if I'll be coming home on Thursday no different than before I left. Surely SOMETHING will come out of this visit, right?
Okay, I'll stop babbling. Can you tell I'm getting nervous and obsessed?
