53.8....thats almost 10 years too many...I thought I had a healthy diet...whats wrong with red meat more than once a week?...
My bad back and lack of exercise really age me apparently...
'spose if I dont want to be this old I have to exercise.....what a bummer!

Maybe if we do the test again giving ideal answers or those that we aspire to we will get better results!...lol...

Mine came out younger!? I'm 42 and it came out 38.1. I think what helped
was that I haven't been driving /speeding, and the test figures that if you
go over the limit its a danger-but I dont see how this would AGE you.
I mean , didn't Einstein prove that traveling at the speed of light would
actually stop or prevent aging:rolleyes::D
The test also gave me credit for NOT taking all the meds that I am
prescribed:confused:I guess they figure the more meds you take , the increased risk of serious side effects, but they they took off for not
following the doctor's orders. Well it was fun , but I don't think they should
include the driving section , since this is more your chance of survival
to a certain age , not aging itself.

I realized the other day that the "Real Age" test is simply a test of life expectancy. If it were testing how "youthful" you are, then speeding, drinking and texting while driving would all make you very young! ;)
