pretty sure you might find it's your meds. and hope that is it. unless you have had ear damage. best wishes on getting free of it. After so many yrs of having it, I have gotten used to it and don't notice it.

I've been off my Beta blocker for 6 months, now aspirin only and I still have my tinnitus.
