QAS and Blue Cross Blue Shield

I'm trying to get a new INRatio monitor through QAS. I have BC/BS of Illinois. It will be interesting. They paid for my ProTime machine supplies all last year at 90%. So apparently they deemed that I was in need. Will be interesting to see what they say if they turn me down for a monitor.
