putting my picture up

Ok, anyone with their picture up as an avatar, how do you get it to go? Everytime I try to get my picture up there it says there is something wrong with it. Thanks!

If you send it email to Hank, he will enter it. His email is probably in his profile under "members" . Click on members, find H and you will find Hank. Good luck - looking forward to 'seeing' you.
