Hi all,
Figured I would drop in. Im sure there were a few people here who were wondering. I had my AVR this Mon morning and made it through without a hitch. As I was told by my surgeon, my surgery couldn't of been "less eventful". On the table for 3 1/2 hrs, nothing happened that was unexpected or unordinary, everything went very smooth. From what was indicated, I woke up much quicker than what the expected, about 2 hrs after the surgery was over. Immediately had my breathing tube removed and began my next few days of recovery in the hospital. Got home yesterday (fri) afternoon.
Now for everything sounding great and fantastic, let me start to vent and complain......... actually, not feeling up to it right now. But there are a number of things I'd love ot get some response on when I feel a little bit better. I'll be re-poeting soon.
Thanks again for looking in and the prayers, keep them coming
Jay
