Hi everyone,

This forum and you folks were an amazing help to me last year during my siege. I underwent ascending aneurysm repair (and removed a cancerous kidney a month later) -- I am doing great!! CT scans have been clear in all respects, I have been biking (in the slightly warmer weather) up to 30 miles a day with no issues or worries. (Although, I must admit, my cardiologist kind of scares me once in a while telling me to avoid any strenuous biking)

I chronicled the whole ordeal last year with the hopes of informing friends and family what was going on, but to also help others like myself who had questions or issues about either procedure:

Thank you again for all your help last year. It was rough but life has been amazing ever since!

Evan, I am so glad to hear from you and especially glad to hear that life is so good. Best wishes for continued good health!

Evan,

CONGRATS on your 1-year anniversary!!!
