Hi Folks,
Had my 1 year after surgery checkup today and good news!
Scored on the 94th percentile for fitness level, lost five pounds over the year and three inches off the old belly!!! yeah!!!
All other parameters were great results!!
To complete the day I came home and shot a rather easy(?) 74 on the golf course...all is right with the world...and the gravy is our second grandchild should arrive any day now.
How could I have ever doubted the wisdom of proceding with the surgery and doing the necessary work after ?
Ain't life grand??
