One day away from my surgery

HI EVERYONE!!!!
TOMORROW IS MY SURGERY; I AM FELLING VERY GOOD; NO STRESS AT ALL, I TRY TO KEEP ME BUSY. I TOLD MY HUSBAND THAT I WILL BE IN PANIC WHEN I AM LAY DOWN IN THE BED BEFORE ENTRY TO THE OPE ROOM.
SATURDAY IS WORLD HEART DAY!!!!!

Best of luck. I actually found I was the calmest the morning of....it was like reality set in. I did keap the mantra "lets do this!" going in my head.

Leonida---just a quick tip that many find very helpful. Make sure Hubby is prepared when he first sees you in recovery. The amount of tubes and the normal swelling does not create a pretty picture. But Day 2 , many of the tubes leave and the spouse/significant other see a much better looking patient.
