My best wishes for a speedy recovery. I am new to this site but there is sure a nice bunch of people here. I am 5 mos. postop and feel great. Take it easy when you get home and do take the phone off the hook. Rest while you can.

Hey Melissa - Been gone for two days- My very best wishes for smooth sailing. We all look forward to hearing from you very soon and learning all the good news I'm sure you'll have.

Melissa:

As Marcia [Birky] said, take the phone off the hook when you get home so you can rest. Better yet, rip it out of the wall!

Hoping all goes well with the surgery and youo are back posting soon.

Best wishes, Melissa!!

Best wishes, Melissa!!

I love your positive attitude! :) It?ll help you more than all the drugs in the world when the mountain gets the steepest.

Looking forward to hearing from you soon.

Mellisa,

I have just returned from the Cleveland Clinic several weeks ago. I worked in another hospital in a non-medical capacity for seven years and I had the opportunity to observe the nursing staff. I thought the nursing care at CCF was magnificent.

Don't limit yourself to the ICU nursing staff, there are lots of male nurses on the Cardiac Care Unit as well!

Best wishes,
Kathy
