off balance

I am 8 weeks post and I am to go back to work tomorrow the 19th. Yesterday I was feeling ok and all of a sudden I got off balance. I had to have help to get to a chair. My blood pressure was up and I had a slight headache. I do not take beta-blockers. This lasted about 45min. Have any of you had this problem? I am on warfrin, omeprazole (for my stomach) and hydrochlorothiazide. I was on low dose aspirin until this past tue. My cardio took me off.

Did you call your doctor? 45 min a pretty long time. I hope it was a 1 time thing. Lyn

I didn't call the doc. If it happens again I will call or go to the ED.

Balance problems can be caused by a number of things...some that aren't too serious like sinus congestion or vertigo (which is no fun), but with the episode happening along with a spike in your BP I would give your cardiologist a call in the morning. The VR motto is...everyone together now..."better safe than sorry".
