Not Feeling So Well....

Hi Gang,

I just wanted to let you know that I went to the doctor yesterday and found out that I have once again taken on about ten pounds of fluid...The doctor thinks my kidneys are starting to deteriorate and I will be finding out tomorrow whether the doctor has increased my lasix to help get rid of the fluid-although I don't know why as I have been constantly hitting the restroom and voiding myself of fluid. I have lost my desire to eat anything at all, and lately all I want to do is sleep. I will be going to Dartmouth Hitchcock Hospital on May 8th to see a PH specialist and cardiologist and hopefully they will tell me something more. Could I ask you all to wish me good luck on that day so that I can finally get my issues addressed instead of being blown off by yet another doctor? Many Thanks In Advance. I have to see my kidney doctor on June 13th and I will be having bloodwork done at that time to see about my kidney function. He checked my blood sugar, and he did send a urine sample out to be cultured as he found blood in it....

I know something is going on, as my blood sugars have gone up again, and that usually means that I am either going to be sick or I already am sick but do not know what's going on yet.

I am having my brother go with me to Dartmouth next week because at this point, I am not feeling well enough to drive that far (2 hours up and back) alone. Harrybaby
