New VR.com friend..

I have a friend who is going in for AVR and by-pass surgery Tuesday, October 25th. She has been lurking on this site for information but has not registered yet. I am asking for your prayers so she will get safely to the "other side of the mountain", as we always say. Her name is Jenny.
I will put her on the calendar.

Lots of luck to you Jenny. My wife and I will be thinking of you on Tuesday and wishing you the very best! I just went through an AVR in August and hope you do even better than I did. I'm a little more than two months out and feeling better and better. Wishing you the same luck!

Jenny, You will difinitely be in my prayers. I know where you are at right now, my surgery is on the 24th. We are in LA for the weekend waiting. I too have been observing on the website. It is a source of comfort and support. My daughter Angela has also found much comfort and support. Stay in touch and let us know how you are.

Thanks for all your positive thoughts and prayers in regards to my friend Jenny. We on VR.com know that it helps so much.
I want to tell you that Jenny made it safely to the other side. My husband and I were with Jenny's husband Jim and daughter Tony part of the morning waiting in the ICU waiting room, and saw the surgeon come out and tell the family that all went well.
Now we have one more VR.com buddy in Tucson, AZ.
