new theraputic range for me

My husband's INR range is also 2.0-3.0 with his type of Carbomedics valve. It was initially 2.5-3.5 but was reduced last year with his improved heart functions. He also takes EC Aspirin every other day.

I also have a Carbomedics valve and take Aspirin daily. My cardiologist said that with the Aspirin my INR range is 2.0-3.0. Without the Aspirin it would be 2.5-3.5.

they are a-changin' where INR ranges are concerned.
Do you suppose its because it's spring?
Mine has been changed as well to a low of 3.5. Can't say it bothers me and I can't find out why. Darn I hope the target has more than a .5 range high and low.
