Hi

Just wanted to give an update after 1month and half in the bush. I got satellite internet which is piece of **** in Canada.

So I am now 4 months and 2 weeks post op. I am back to using chainsaw, splitting wood and carrying wood. Physically I feel better and better everyday and the muscles are coming back. Sternum pain is gone but I can feel light pain if I work very hard but I do not worry about it as I feel it is more of a muscle issue.

The noise of the valve is almost gone, only hear it when I am in the washroom. INR was stable until I went hard with red wine. Now it is between 1.8 and 3.2 but I do not worry because i do weekly test. Only stuff that has been bugging me is stomach issue, feeling heavy, harder to digest and burping more than usual, trying to stop aspirin see if it could cause that.

Anyway, for now I am glad with the outcome and hope this can inspire other people that do heavy physical activity.
