Please say hi to our newest family member - Taz. He is a 14 week, B&W American shorthair kitten. My other cats are just now (after 10 days) starting to play with him.

I LOVE cats..and TAZ is so cute...My K.C. just turned age 15 in July...Homebounded..but she is fine with it..Now, Rufus ..Hubby's cat..is solid black... age 7...he can tell the time..:p 6 a.m. and he jumps on me to be let out...just hangs around house and comes back in at 7 a.m...in/out all day..but never leaves our yard..Hubby tells him..be on porch at 9 P.m...always sitting there..:p .........Cats are smart......The difference between ..CATS and DOGS..a dog comes when called...a cat takes a message and gets back to you..:D ...We had 1 cat..our first one.Lucy.that lived to be a ripe old age. 20 years old.:) Bonnie

Bonnie,

I saw a cute sign the other day that read: "Dogs have owners; cats have staff".

So true.

Gina: We certainly like your new kitty. He's very unique and handsome. Congratulations mommy!

Bonnie: I love that...."cats take a message and get back to you" :D

Welcome TAZ! He is beautiful Gina :) We work for two Wedge Head Siamese.....totally understand.....

On the flip doggie side, my precious Zane golden child (golden retriever) just tore up all the upstairs carpeting during our a bad storm while we were at work. If that wasn't enough, he scraped up a near by door and chewed some sheetrock. But he was thoughtful enough to do this $1500 worth of damage upstairs where company won't see :D Yeah.....I will work for the cats

Gina,

Taz is gorgous I hope his brothers and sisters look after him.

I'm currently fully employed by two cats, one for 6 years and the other for 1 year. I was employed by the last cat after his previous employee's left him without giving a forwarding address, he was so skinny and unhealthy but now he's really beautiful. A third cat has me working on a trial basis, he visits each morning for a feed but the rest of my family don't think I should take another job.

Taz looks like a real cutie.....He could hide out with my neighbour's cows:)

here is a pic of one of mine: 10 yr old Maya....adopted at age 2 from a shelter.

We've only had cats for the past two years and find them to be most interesting and endearing creatures. What fun we missed out on for so many years!
