Hi All,

Here again. Tomorrow I got to go to London for my yearly CMR, and hopefully everything is stable!!, I had my echo 4 months ago, which showed minimal change. I pray God that everything is still fine, I want to enjoy planning Christmas and all this......

I hate these feelings!!!!

CMR completed, waiting for results next week..... Fingers crossed..... Rick collingwood cd helped a lot ; hypnosis for fear......

Thank you everyone for your replies. I still haven't heard anything yet, hopefully tomorrow.

This is my initial response, what do you think?

I showed the consultant your MRI images on the computer system yesterday.* We are awaiting the written report which I am told takes 7 days in order to see all the dimensions in comparison to last years’ scan, which are not accessible on computer.* He was happy with the scan but will give his formal feedback after reading the report.* I will contact you as soon as possible.

You reckon? My wife said the same, but being in my state of mind, I read it completely different.....

Hi lynlw,

I'm thinking that he is happy that measurements are still under threshold of 5cm, however My aorta might still have enlarged from previous year..... Why will he be waiting for a report to provide feedback? (I'm guessing the report is for the current scan as the previous scan would be in their system)....

probably waiting for the report to give the exact measurements etc, its normal procedure if the doctors didn't do the test himself to wait for reports before they tell you anything definate

Hi all, just to let you know that I received an email from my cardiologist today and he told me that he is completely happy with the results and would like to repeat the MRI in 1 year time. He told me that I should carry on leading an entirely normal life.....

Wfoah....thank God for that! I will still have my 6 monthly echo, but, I am completely relieved......

Anyways, I am just giving you an update.... Thank you all for your good vibes
