Going with 5mg for this week and test next Thursday (if I have time)

Make time.:p:D

Yes Mom
But I bet you I won't be any higher than 2.5 - just an educated guess on my part ;)

Well I guess I win the bet. INR this week is 2.0 It went down from last weeks testing.
The question is now: should I take 7mg for today then go with 6mg until my next INR test which will be next Thursday???

6mg was my regular dose, before all roller coaster ride began.
I thought booze was suppose to raise the INR.....not lower it.

Oh, how I'm ready to throw the towel in on this warfarin and this bowling tournament, grrrrrrrrrr x 10
Don't ask if I'm having fun.

With all your running around and stressing out, maybe the reverse effect happened.
Who knows.....but it's a good reason to have a monitor. :)
(I've got to run off, but I'll check back in a couple of hours.)

I won't be here/home until after 2am.
Maybe in the later morning I'll catch with all the replies.

Thanks in advance,
Cheers x 10

AHA it's those late nights Freddie:rolleyes:
When are you getting your inr machine?

NO Ross, I am not bowling - I'm on the host Committee and we do 5-Pin bowling mostly here in Canada. Check the web at Saskatoon.com and click on Master Bowlers Nationals ( or some wording similar to that)

Gotta run

Zipper, I may to wait on getting my monitor, my GP hasn't talked to me since my 3.6 reading - she must have received the letter my cardio sent her

freddie it's listening to all those pins being hit that's doing it. I used to work in a bowling alley as a pinsetter mechanic. Listening to 24 lanes running for 8 hours can drive one insane and stress a person out.
