My 5th Year :-)

I forgot to post last Tuesday on here but its 5 years since OHS - valve replacement and root repair. As always much appreciation to the Cardio team at LGI (Leeds General Infirmity) and surgeon Dr Javamgula. It's amazing hpw the years go by and it's good at 57 to feel energetic and happy still. Im on my feet all day at work (retail) but so far so good and even the INR tests seem cool as I often get my favourite nurse to poke me ;-)
