Morning, Hensylee-

What a beautiful around the world tour. I was wondering how you are doing, so I'm glad to see your post.

No matter what the major surgery, it all packs a whollop, doesn't it?

Do you still have relatives to help with things?

Take care,

Everyone misses your posting and I'm about to run out of things to say:p :p :p Busy week this week..Wishing everyone a well week who will be having their surgery. Ann will post too..betcha.:) Bonnie

Thanks for fixin, Ross.

I still have relatives - my son, Chuck and his lovely wife, Dani arrived last night. This morning early, I heard footsteps on the roof. chuck, bless his heart, was sweeping off pine needles. They have gone uptown to get a new mailbox, new numbers for the driveway entrance and don't know what else they have in mind. Dani brougt food already prepared - I just had a nice serving of lasagna before they went to town. #2 daughter, Teresa is here from next town over to see them and to see me so I still have lots of help.

So nice - they do pamper me so.

In listening to them talk today, seems I was NOT the most desirable patient! Sure surprised me. I recall nearly nothing of the week in the hospital so this is all news to me. So funny - some of the stuff. Seems I made it very plain that I was 'not doing that' - whatever it was and whenever it was suggested!

That link was wonerful. I even bookmarked it so I can look at the rest of his works.

I am glad you feeling a little better. As everyone has been saying you are missed.

Hi, Ann. Thanks for that link - it was great. I have been lucky enough to see several of those landmarks when my mom and I took a trip to England, Germany and Austria a few years back. Did you know that the Neuschwanstein Castle in Bavaria was used as the model for the castle in the old Disney programs at the animated inroduction?

Biltmore House

Biltmore House

In Asheville, N.C. is just 2 hours from me. .George Vanderbilt built it in 1890.. Most all rooms are now open to public..Vineyards on grounds, ect. they decorate it at Christmas. Awesome and in spring..give away tulip bulbs every year to public when they are thru blooming.. A must see for anyone traveling thru Ashville, N.C. Plan on a whole day to see grounds, house, ect. Bonnie..I am going to buy that tape. love it.
