I remember how it felt (perhaps exacerbated by events that followed starting on warfarin) and having developed a method which appears unique in the literature (although has approximate parallels in literature from as far back as the 1980's) it seems idiotic to keep it to myself.

Perhaps I'll publish it as a book ... but the target audience seems miniscule and I've found many people can't read a book and need guidance.
