Hey, La - I received an invitation to join this group, but declined. My name was provided to the University that is doing the study (one of the top universities in the country), by Medicare, I guess. I was to contact a neurologist in the nearby city who is doing the local studies. I know the dr, because he is my brother's Parkinson's doctor, so it's all legit. Sounds like a good study, to me, but I have enough going on that I just didn't have the time to spare for yet another doctor.
