Mechanical valve Aortic and Mitral and Sport ( running mtb bicycle)

Hello,
Im 32` years Old, ans sorry about to my level in english skills

I have question about to people which have to mechanical valve aortic and mitral.
In year 2016 i have operation witch infectious endocarditis i newer see before my live about i have bicuspid aoritc.

My first and only question if there any people doing in sport to two valve mechanical i mean to running and mtb bicycle ?

Sorry to hear and a good option is to search through posts here. In particular, look for "skigirl" who is VERY active with her mechanical valve. And there are many others here who are also very active runners.

I only have an aortic mechanical valve (valve conduit), not both aortic and mitral - but I run. My surgeon said no restrictions. I was 42 at time of surgery, and am 44 now.

Heart is better than new after my valve. Hiking, running, mountain biking etc.....get after it!
