I noticed a lot AVRs, MVRs, and Caths today.

Well I just got back from CCF where they did my heart cath today. Interesting experience as a lot of you know.

At any rate the doc said the AV needs replacement and some work on the arota. He said the the MV is OK and all of the arteries are OK except a minor one on the lower left side of the heart with partial blockage. He said he'd leave it alone but it will up the surgeon.

Monday I fly to Cleveland Clinic Cleveland and start surgery process there. The tentative plan is for surgery on Thursday or Friday.

Good Luck to JAX. A heck of a way to meet some folks

Regards Bill K.

Better to get to it now then to wait. Damage sucks and I'll certainly testify to that fact.

Yes, good to have the cath out of the way. Best of wishes to you next week, Bill, and to all others in our vr.com "family" who have had their surgery this week or are in the waiting room.

glad you have some answers. At least you don't have to wait too long. Waiting is the hardest part I think. good luck next week.

Bill,
I'm glad you've got the cath out of the way, and you will have a short time to wait until surgery. Please let us know when they confirm the day.
