I was scanning thru your posts. See you are going Monday for more results on your surgery....I have a few woman's things left in me.:D One ovary, ect..but at age 63... If I were told..I needed another operation..for anything..believe me..I would take the extra days in hospital for a Heparin drip.....After all..what is 6 days in hospital..compared to all that stress of shots. I feel that my insurance would cover it..:) Maybe, I am lucky..but we have the best Heart Wing in our local hospital.:) and I would take the time to visit other Heart patients.:) Just drag the old IV down the hall with me.:D :D Maybe. I could even lose some weight.:p :p Wishing for the best for you. Bonnie

Hello Gisele,

I have been wondering how you were doing and I'm SO GLAD to hear you are doing well. You deserve it. LIVE LIFE to it's fullest and let us hear from you every once in a while for inspiration and old times sake.

Sorry to digress on this serious topic.

Hi Al

Hi Al

Yes, I have been very busy as now I am working again. Even though I work at home, it seems to take me longer to accomplish my tasks, so I don't have as much time to go see what every one is up to here on the board.

I have really come a long way in the past six months. I still don't have 100% of my balance and I still have a horrible time with my sternum--I swear to God something's not right there, but besides that I am doing great.

I won't forget my friends here and I do promise to show up every once in a while to see how everyone is doing............ ;)

I had another ultrasound today and yes theres a cyst on the left remaining tissue (where ovary was removed) and a new 5cm cyst on my right ovary now. I have opted to have surgery to remove all the "equipment" and be done with it. My Dr agrees this may be a long standing problem as long as Im on Coumadin. Surgery is set for March 12th and I go in 2 days prior to be put on a Heparin drip. I will probably be in for 10 days. Its a big, bloody surgery. Wish me luck...
