Hang in there Ross... I know hospitals aren't any fun but if they can help then it is worth it, time well spent.

Wishing you a speedy return home & recovery.

Ann, missed your update. Thanks so much.

When he's home and feeling well, I think we should tell him that all the women posted naked pictures of ourselves, but all had 2nd thoughts and deleted them. (Sorry, I just seem to fall back on humor when worry gets to be too much for me.)

News From Ross

I just talked to Ross. He's been tested from here to there, of course. So far they have found nothing new except the foot - which, by the way, his leg is also swollen. It looks a little better this morning, but no promises from the doctor. There was a mention of him going home maybe Saturday but that's really iffy and only a mention without a promise of any sort. He's had plenty of IVs going to get the infection. He's sleepless, sore but hanging in.

He had a set to with the dietitian about the 'coumadin diet' they have him on. Imagine them explaining what he can/can't have, to Ross! I can just see him now setting them straight. Can't you?

He misses us and loves us and I assured him we love him and that all are checking computers throughout the day to see if there's something new.

Just keep the prayers coming - add Lyn, too. She's got lots of pressure on her and is having to work very hard at her job, as well. Chris is moving on, too but we all know it's going to be a long haul for him.

p.s. his yard is torn up for the water hook up.

Thanks for the update, Ann. Please give our love to Ross and tell him to keep giving them hell - keeps people on their toes.

Thanks so much for the update, Ann- hope he gets released on Saturday. Karlynn's post should help a lot!!

Ross, sorry to hear you ended up in the hospital. I hope you'll make it home for Easter with your family, praying for a speedy recovery. Hang in there.

Ross -

Sorry to hear about you being in the hospital for this nasty infection. You are in my thoughts and prayers. You'll be fine! You're too ornery to let this infection get the best of you! Just don't be too hard on those docs and nurses - they mean well (don't they?). ;) :D

Thanks for the update...keeps us all a little less nervous...
I think the promise of Bikini shots might help his recovery!

Ross, why is it every time I turn my back you're getting yourself into trouble??? Stop that! Don't make me come up there and whip you into line. ;)

Seriously, Ross, you know my prayers are with you. Keep educating those medical people. Sometimes they just don't know better until someone like you comes along to straighten them out. ;)

Ann, thank you so much for keeping us updated. If we had to go long without a Ross update we might end up with a mass revolt on our hands! ;)
