Hi Ladies and Gents....

I now own my very own 1 INCHsquare piece of land up in Aroostook County Maine....I have lot number 3051577....I laughed so hard I about needed some new furniture.....Just thought I would share the humor....God knows I am trying to keep my sense of humor going, and it's hard, but this one really helps....Hope yall enjoy..Harrybaby:D :D :D :D

Maybe if I learn to stand on one toe I can live there forever.;) :D ;)

We were actually poised to purchase land on the big island when we chose to buy our house in Los Angeles. In retrospect, we should have bought in Hawaii. One of those hindsight issues that seem to haunt you forever.:rolleyes: :(
 
Oh yeah, well that means your a land owner. What are you going to do when they force you to hook up to the sanitary sewer? :D

Err wait a minute, looks like they got you covered:

1. The Owner shall not make any improvements to or develop the parcels.
2. Owner shall not occupy the parcels.
3. Owner grants rights of ingress and egress over the parcels.
4. The deeds cannot be sold by the owner for a profit and owner shall not receive any income or derive any other financial benefits whatsoever from the parcels or any or all portions of the Property.
5. American Acres, Inc. is the managing agent of the property and will be responsible for all real estate taxes on the property and for complying with any and all local regulations.
6. The number of Deeds issued by American Acres Inc. will not exceed the number of square inches in the property.
7. This is a “non-recordable” deed although ownership records are being maintained by American Acres, Inc.
8. American Acres, Inc. will not develop or improve the land, except possibly with state or local government approval to enhance or beautify the property for public use and enjoyment.

Uh Ross....

Where this plot of land is, the only sanitary sewers they have to hook up to are signs that say "Please Watch Out For Holes and Moose Doo"......in fact, in that part of Maine, it's a miracle that they even know what a car is....:D :D :p :p :D :D Harrybaby:D

P.S. If they forced me to hook up that "Big Huge Plot Of Land" to the town septic, I probably would put a potato in one end to build up back pressure for them......:) LOL Harry
 
I am sure my little one square inch couldn't possibly use too much sewer space.;) :D :eek:
