Ken I know you are having your cath on Wed. and surgery on Thurs. Just want to send you best wishes for a successful AVR and uneventful recovery. Hope you can have someone post for you as you know we worry. Godspeed!

Thank you so much for the good wishes, and prayers. It is late Tuesday, and I am about to go to bed. They are going to bring me in early tomorrow for my catheterization, then carotid dopplers and admission to the hospital. Then in for the surgery first thing Thursday morning. Since everyone I know is apparently going to be at the hospital
, I am not sure how soon we can get back to posting, but I will try to send someone.
In any case, I am going into this with a lot of confidence, and a goodly amount of faith, and a ton of info and good feelings from the VR crew.
