Ummm. . . WaffleHouse

Yep, that's the dividing line -- IHOP to WaffleHouse. We hit the WaffleHouse in Collinsville, Illinois (near St. Louis) last weekend when we were downstate visiting my sister. Whenever we get to central Indiana (Terre Haute), we hit the IHOP. Sadly, most of the IHOP locations around my neighborhood have closed. Of course, there's always the new competitor, Cracker Barrel. They seem to be popping up everywhere.
