that even the squirrels don't want to move.

I went out in our back yard and saw this squirrel lounging on a dead branch in our almost-dead apple tree. At first I thought the squirrel was dead because it wasn't moving. But it finally turned it's head and looked at me like "Whadareyoulookin' at???" It's head is on it's front paw and the back leg is just hanging down. I thought it was pretty funny. I've never seen a squirrel resting in the middle of the day.

My tomcat just lies around in the carport on the cement. I have put a fan out there and he just stretches out as long as he can getting as much cool cement on his belly and lets the fan blow on him. If it was not so damn pitiful it would be cute. My wife keeps adding ice to his water and as soon as she drops it in his bowl he drinks a bit and the back under the fan????..wait a minute??..sound a bit like me when I get home.

I actually had a squirrel fall out of the tree one day doing exactly what this one is doing. He feel asleep and for whatever reason, lost his balance and down he came. Boy did he chatter up a storm when he hit the ground.

years ago Mother was looking outside and a squirrel fell from far up in a tree. Hit the ground hard. Died on the spot.
This fellow was only about 10 ft up, but he still made a nice THUD when he hit the ground. Startled him good. He was B****ing at everything in sight.
