I'm sorry you lost your case. Was your dentist aware that you were high risk when she did a procedure on you? I remember back in the 70's..I ask my local small time home dentist to take out a wisdom tooth..and the first thing he asked me. Do you have a heart murmur? that was 30 years ago..and dentist were aware back then..I told him I have never been told that I did..Which I didn't..but it hurt like h__l.. Bonnie

I am so sorry to hear this, Phil. No other recourse? Or appeal. I think these days, it is politically incorrect to award medical cases! And getting worse daily. Shame when you were correct in your claim..
