So glad it is over for you, now for the new path of life. Take it slow and easy, eat and go to rehab if you get the chance. It really makes you feel much better to walk but take it slow. Take Care and Many Prayers for Your!!

I also agree with MASSAGE saved my life! If you don't have anyone to give you one go pay for one. It is a life saver!! feels so good. I had little air pockets in my back from being blown up like a ballon in surgery!!

MASSAGE is the answer to those nasty Back and Shoulder Muscle Pains!

My S.O. used a Vibrating Disk Massager (2.5 inches diameter) and it provided RELIEF in a minute or so.

Welcome home Nancy. I was in the ICU for about 9 days, with the exception of about 24 hours where I was sent upstairs to the CVU but had to be returned.

One thing I hated about the ICU- The door was never closed and being off the nurse's station, the noise was just incredible.
