Ok the bruise is gone and the bump is hard and getting smaller ... when I got out of the shower (yes, chimps shower) I noticed a huge bruise on the back of my upper right arm and a small, sore bump in it .... INR is 3.0 so that?s all good ... is this just an ATC thing? ...

Don't know what an ATC thing is, but I think you should get all this checked out by your doc. Come one, don't be a stubborn Chimp -- what's one more visit to the doc; bet you don't have near as many as DW and I.

OMG, I too have a bruise on my left lower arm with a small sore bump right in the middle. I've had it for 4 days. Its not getting any bigger or smaller. I was just ignoring it.
If only my doc was in today I would go in.

Tom, It may just be an ACT thing, but you should consult the vet! It could be something else, so I's say get some blood work done to rule out that. Do you remember getting the bruises? Did you bump something harder than normal? Your valve bro, Brian

Went to the doc today ... CBC and platelet count being done along with sternum xray .... I will report when I know something

While in the hospital Cooker, the doc's told me that the little bump that was part of my bruise on my arm was a little blood clot caused by the bruise, but I wasn't to worry about it because I was already on warfarin.
Now does that make sense?
