hi friends, iam new to this forum. I was 97kgs after my surgery. my doctor suggested i should be around 70 kgs. i am walking 5.5 km,jogging 0.5km. reduced my weight to 73 kgs now. I am facing small problem . I am not able to fold my left hand palm fingers due to pain before my walking & jogging in early morning hours. but after walking & jogging no pain entire day. Is this due to AVR ? Is it called morning Stiffness? Help me out

Hi and welcome ,not sure i understand your question
Have you considered checking this out with your Dr or cardio
If i understand your question correctly its just your not able to bend your
fingers verses palm of your hand till you get moving in mornings, cant say its due to your avr, although sometimes when i sleep i tuck my hand under and awake with it unable to function till i start some movement in it to revive it
but you are better to check this out to make sure with your doc if it continues and concerns you and im not sure why the pain,to a degree your explanation could be stiffness, but in dought please check it out

It certainly isn't normal, but I suppose it is possible to have some nerve damage from surgery that may affect the fingers. Tell your Doctor about it.
